Software cancellation and refund policy

1. Scope

This policy applies only to the software and SaaS products of CAPDESIS S.A. DE C.V. published atcapdesis.com/software: CapMenu, CapTienda, CapLiving, CapGym, IngenieriaTracker, Formulae and Fragantia. Everything sold in that section is software: access is delivered digitally, by subscription or by a one-time digital purchase.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time from the product account or the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation penalty. Subscriptions bought through App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store and follow its policies.

4. Refunds

Processed payments are not refunded automatically. We review and refund where it applies:

• Duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Technical inability to provide the service attributable to CAPDESIS.
• Any other case required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law of the United Mexican States.

5. How to request a refund

Email contacto@capdesis.com from the address on your account with the transaction identifier, date, amount and reason. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We confirm receipt and tell you the outcome of the review.

6. Processing

When a web charge refund is approved, Paddle issues it to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on Paddle, your bank and the payment method. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two separate requests.
