2. Data we process in the software

• Account and authentication data in each SaaS product.
• Operational data you or your organization enter in the app (menus, inventory, residents, memberships, depending on the product).
• Billing and payment data required for the digital subscription or license. Payment processors (a PCI DSS certified payment processor on the web, or the app stores on mobile) receive only what they need to charge.
• Technical logs (IP, device) for security and service operation.

3. Purposes

Provide the software service, authenticate users, process digital subscriptions, support the product, meet tax obligations (including CFDI when applicable), and improve platform security and stability.

4. ARCO rights

You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection (ARCO), and revoke consent where required, atcontacto@capdesis.comwith identification and a clear description of the request. We will respond under LFPDPPP timelines.
