Software product terms

1. Scope

These terms apply only to the public software and SaaS surface of CAPDESIS S.A. DE C.V. atcapdesis.com/en/software and related product sheets. They cover first-party digital software with access via digital subscription or purchase.

2. What is offered

• CAPDESIS-operated software and SaaS products (for example CapMenu, CapTienda, CapLiving, CapGym, IngenieríaTracker, Formulae and Fragantia).
• Digital access to each application under the product plan or license.
• Purchase or subscription confirmation after payment for the corresponding product.

Delivery is always digital and automatic: once payment is confirmed, access to the application is enabled, with no manual step and nothing to ship.

3. Accounts and access

Access is enabled inside each product application. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and for use consistent with the contracted plan or license.

4. Software payments

CAPDESIS S.A. DE C.V. is the seller. Payments are processed by an external PCI DSS certified payment processor (or the checkout published on each product site). Purchases and subscriptions in mobile apps are processed by the App Store orGoogle Play. You manage or cancel the subscription in the product account or the corresponding store. Electronic invoices (CFDI), when applicable, are issued under Mexican tax law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. The full conditions, including when a refund applies and how to request one, are in theSoftware cancellation and refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

Software, trademarks and platform materials remain the property of CAPDESIS or its licensors. Purchase or subscription grants limited use rights, not transfer of source code unless a separate written agreement says so.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Except for mandatory consumer-protection venues, disputes are submitted to the courts of Mexico City.
