1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website capdesis.com (and related paths under our control), you accept these Terms and Conditions and thePrivacy Notice. If you disagree, do not use the site.

The controller is CAPDESIS S.A. DE C.V. (“Capdesis”), with address at C Guamuchil 118, Pedregal de Santo Domingo, Coyoacán, Mexico City, Mexico.

2. Site description and business lines

The site informs and enables contact about, among others, the following areas:

• Software and SaaS products (software catalog)
• Custom software development (contract projects)
• Control and automation (audio, video and control integration)
• Training and courses (including content on third-party learning platforms)

Information on the site is not by itself a binding offer. Commercial terms are set in quotes, orders or contracts.

3. Use of the site

You agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt to breach security, availability or integrity of the site or related APIs
• Not submit unlawful content, spam or third-party data without authorization
• Provide truthful information in contact forms

4. Software and SaaS products

Products listed in the software catalog have their own access rules, pricing and licenses. Digital access is enabled after purchase or subscription and payment confirmation. 5. Development, automation and training projects

5.1 Quotes and contracts

Online calculator or commercial estimates are not final. Scope, schedule, price and payment terms are agreed in writing. Deposits and milestone payments may apply.

5.2 Invoicing

We issue electronic invoices (CFDI) under Mexican tax law when applicable. You must provide correct tax details.

5.3 Intellectual property in custom projects

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment the client receives rights to the specific project deliverable. Capdesis may reuse generic components, open-source libraries under compatible licenses, and non-exclusive know-how.

6. Payments

Payment methods (SPEI bank transfer, SaaS product gateways or others) will be indicated per transaction. Late payment may suspend deliveries or access under the applicable contract or plan.

7. Site intellectual property

Texts, designs, trademarks, logos and code of capdesis.com belong to Capdesis or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Mexican law:

• The site is provided “as is”; interruptions may occur for maintenance or force majeure
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party links or services
• Contractual liability is governed by the applicable product plan or contract and, otherwise, by law

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or user rights under Mexican law (including the Federal Consumer Protection Law where applicable).

9. External links

The site may link to our product domains or third parties. Capdesis does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or policies except as required by law.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might apply by reason of present or future domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after material changes constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
