Last updated: July 24, 2026

Document applicable to CAPDESIS S.A. DE C.V. and capdesis.com under Mexican law.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files a site may store in your browser. We also use local storage and, in some cases, session identifiers or security tokens. We refer to them collectively as “cookies” in this document.

2. Controller

3. Legal basis and consent

Essential or technical cookies are required for the site to work (security, basic preferences, storing your cookie choice). Analytics and other non-essential cookies run only if you accept the cookie banner.

You may reject non-essential cookies; the site remains available. Rejection does not affect strictly necessary cookies.

4.2 Analytics and performance (non-essential)

If you accept the banner, we may use analytics tools (e.g. PostHog or equivalents) to measure pages, usage events and performance in aggregate or pseudonymous form. We do not sell your data to third parties via these tools.

4.3 Embedded third parties

If we embed third-party content (videos, widgets), those providers may set their own cookies. We recommend reading their policies. Until you accept non-essential cookies, we limit optional analytics scripts where possible.

5. How to manage or withdraw consent

5.1 Site banner

On your first visit (or after clearing local storage) you will see Accept orReject for non-essential cookies.

5.2 Clear the stored preference

  1. Open browser developer tools (usually F12).
  2. Go to Application / Storage → Local Storage → Capdesis domain.
  3. Delete the key capdesis-cookie-consent (and other capdesis-* keys if you wish).
  4. Reload the page to see the banner again.

5.3 Browser settings

  • Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Cookies

6. Effects of rejecting non-essential cookies

  • Core site navigation continues to work.
  • Technical preferences (theme, rejection record) may still be kept.
  • Optional analytics will not run in the same way.

7. Transfers and providers

Some cookie or script providers may process data outside Mexico under their service terms and reasonable safeguards where applicable.
